Dr. Tse graduated with a Bachelor Dental Surgery from The University of Hong Kong in 2007.  Dr. Tse commenced his specialist training at Queen Mary Hospital and Prince Philip Dental Hospital. He rotated to different cluster head hospitals under Hospital Authority and Department of Health. He completed his specialty training in Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he earned the qualification as a specialist in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery in 2015. He was an Honorary Associate Consultant and Senior Dental Officer in Queen Elizabeth Hospital and North District Hospital respectively.

​Dr. Tse practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with special interests in managing impacted teeth, dental implants, orthognathic surgery, TMJ disorder, jawbone pathologies and oral lesions. 

​

​Derek always develops good partnership with different colleague and express empathy with patients. He is very sportive since his early university life. He practices mindfulness and yoga a lot his spare time and he would like to deliver the sense of peace happiness to every patients he met and people around him.
